I’m not a big Austin Powers fan, but the man did have some crazy mojo. And we love us some mojo on the Playground. Mojo is about appeal—and the Playground crowd is pretty appealing right now (and that includes all you Honorary Playfriends as well!). The mojo is as hot as that metal playground slide on a sunny July afternoon.
And the good mojo seems to just beget more good mojo! Kira’s first book is out and getting great reviews. My editor gave me some pretty happy news at conference. Andrea is getting pitch requests in hotel elevators. Manuscripts are being requested right and left. People are winning
contests, finaling in contests, selling stuff…the squeees are flying fast and furious and every dog for miles is hiding under the bed from the noise.
Oh, yeah, bay-bee.

Mojo...I have had good mojo,
I've sent in a partial...and am finishing a manuscript. (Ok, so I am still wringing that one out...LOL)
Yes, it's baby steps but you know, each movement forward begets more..so I'm happy.
Besides I get to hang with all you mojo magnets and thats a heckuva lot of fun...:)
Yep, the mojo is going great on the Playground. Let's just hope my mouth has good mojo too and the hygienist doesn't find any cavities. ::grin::

My best friend is having her baby girl today! I'm so excited to get to be there this time(she was living in Chicago with her first).
I'm having out-patient foot surgery tomorrow, but it's good because I'll be able to get back to the gym in about 6-8 weeks.
I need to feel the mojo, be one with the mojo... I'm ready to bask in some glory. So ready that my day job is just aggravating the heck out of me. Can we just skip on to me hitting the NYT list so I can quit and write at home instead of dealing with this day to day drudgery?
I doubt there's that much mojo circulating, but a girl can hope.
Well, we know where I'll be hanging out all day! My mojo disappeared a while back and has yet to return. Maybe I'll catch a glimpse of it here today??

My mojo is returning. Company is gone, ideas are trickling in, and I have all day at my keyboard to work. Oh, and there's a reporter coming to my house tomorrow to interview me. With a photographer. Eeek!
Liza, good luck with the foot surgery. I had foot surgery back in February so I can sympathize. Just follow doctor's orders and do what the physical therapist says (if you have to have PT that is) and you'll bounce right back.

PM, they're late, but they're coming anyway. This is based on the press release RWA sent out for the GH back in April. They know I didn't win, but they still think it might be interesting. LOL!
If all goes well, and she decides it's worth printing, it'll be in the Decatur Daily. We'll see I guess. :)

Just popped by to bask in the Mojo and to commiserate with SP regarding the crappy day job. I know my job's been in the way of late. Wish I didn't like eating so much! Ha! Anyway, squee!! to all the squeeables!
My daughter just got married and the ceremony was outside in a gazebo and rain was called for but it held off until midnight!
