I was once in Ireland on St. Patrick's day. On the way to Blarney we got in the middle of a parade by mistake. There were lots of farm implements and the Irish version of Boy and Girl Scouts.

I am not wearing green--yet. I am wearing blue flannel pajamas with moons on them. No plans, but tomorrow is my anniversary!

I only know he drove the snakes out of Ireland. My family is not Irish. I don't own anything green. Better stay home tomorrow or risk getting pinched.

I have spent most of this day watching the Savannah St. Patrick's Day parade on TV. This is the second largest SP Day parade in the nation. The Savannahians (sp?)go all-out for this day. Green is not my color so I'll stay at home and not get pinched.

I actually wore green today, but didn't realize it was St. Patrick's Day until I was on my way to work. How fortuitous. :)

And I actually have an uncle who was born on St. Patrick's day, and yep, his name is Patrick. After 7 kids, my grandmother wasn't interested in originality. haha
