Why should writing be any different?

I'm having trouble settling down anywhere. Ugh. Makes me antsy just thinking about it. Not sure what's wrong, but when I hit on it, I'll let ya know. :)

AngelAngelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17010424240956906870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18688033.post-79486394831108403062010-10-29T15:18:36.452-05:002010-10-29T15:18:36.452-05:00I need quite time with few distractions and with m...I need quite time with few distractions and with my job that very seldom happens. Many interruptions and I can't just close my office door. Usually after 3 pm it gets a little quite and I can get a lot done. Occassionally I may work a Saturday morning and I can whiz right on through with work.

Have a great weekend.robertsonreadshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09030659336161679069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18688033.post-67329312749910632052010-10-29T11:32:25.500-05:002010-10-29T11:32:25.500-05:00I'm loving writing in my recliner right now. ...I'm loving writing in my recliner right now. I can't write in a chair with a laptop or even my Alphasmart because I can't get comfortable enough. But I have had some luck with the Alphie at a bookstore or coffee shop. With NaNoWriMo just 2 days away, I need to plan out some Starbucks time, especially since I have so many days when I have commitments that keep me away from home. Heck, I should learn to write with the Alphie in the car.Playground Monitorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07444337591281145863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18688033.post-84836074800006361602010-10-29T10:36:10.964-05:002010-10-29T10:36:10.964-05:00Congrats on finding a method that's working fo...Congrats on finding a method that's working for you, SP!

I'm trying to convert to working on my netbook in the living room but there's something missing when working on historicals. Silence or a bit of mood music. Hmmm... I suddenly have a thought. What if I put on an historical movie and worked while the movie was on providing the right atmosphere? Nah! Who am I kidding? Y'all know I'd be watching the movie instead. ;)Katherine Bonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14701961380138616355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18688033.post-41472232726763203602010-10-29T09:46:49.837-05:002010-10-29T09:46:49.837-05:00I LOVE my laptop (and a mac at that). It's just easier to squeeze 15 minutes of work out of a lull in family activity when I have the laptop sitting beside me ready to go. Besides, it's so much more comfortable to write piled up in the bed that having to sit at a desk.

InstigatorKira Sinclair - AKA Instigatorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14274056066229852126noreply@blogger.com
